Our team brings years of experience advancing criminal justice policy at the state and national levels. RAI is built around REFORM's proven approach to advocacy—combining strategic organizing, bipartisan coalition building, legislative engagement, and powerful storytelling to help participants create meaningful policy change. Throughout the program, you'll learn from REFORM leaders, organizers, policy professionals, and external experts who bring practical, real-world experience to every session.

RAI helps passionate individuals grow into confident and skilled advocates who can build momentum behind supervision reform. Through interactive classes, hands-on exercises, real world examples, and community support, you will learn how to build targeted campaigns, understand the legislative process, engage decision-makers, build effective coalitions and use storytelling to influence policy.
RAI is more than a training program. You'll join a national community of advocates who support one another, exchange ideas, and continue building relationships long after the program ends.
